Weekend finds

What a weekend! Shop, shop, shop. I went to a estate sale last Friday. The stuff was expensive. I left a couple of bids expecting not getting the call since I bid kind of low. I guess the other bids must have been below reasonable. Usually you go half the price + 10%. It work for me this time. I got 2 wicker rocking chairs and an awesome aqua stool with chippy paint. Today everything was half price. Instead of going in the house I went outside to the sheds. I was the only woman there. It didn't bother me, I dig, pull, push and did what I need to do in order to get as much rust home.  People were looking at me like I was crazy, I filled my brand new white truck full with the rusted junk, I meant treasures. I got yard stuff, old tools and stuff that I didn't necessarily knew what it was, just got it for the look. I'm kind of embarass to show you pictures of the junk since I don't want to scare you. Most of you will probably won't get it. So... I am only going to show you the nicer and   the not so scary stuff. I was the only one buying weird stuff.
Are this medicine items cool or what? The lipstick looking container is TUMS and the red cross item is medicine for ear pain. The little pellets are little cotton balls that you insert in the ear canal.

Ok, this little trinkets I love. The little silver cups are engraved. Love the salt and pepper shakers. They are ironstone. The legged shaker I will probably use as a hat  pin holder. The pearls are heavy and large for pearls. I think they are glass cover with pearl shine.

The perfume bottle is heavy and in perfect shape. I love  the primitive brush and the mini music intrument. It is very heavy and identical to a life size one in all the details. The little case is original to it. Both the buckle and the hair comb are bakelite. Love the hose with the girtle in the original box. The brown package is old hair pins.
The beaded purse is in mint condition with an art deco clasp. The lipstick looking container is not a lipstick, is a brush. The little dish is moonstone pattern and the clear balls are glass.

Guy stuff.

This is probably some of the stuff I like the most. The little bottles are so cute and the cat eye glasses are delish. The little case use to have a shaver inside. It is full of gray mother of pearl little buttons. Yummy. Friends, this is all for today. Tomorrow I will show you some Easter and Spring cutties I have been working on. I said it, I have been crafting again, which is a result of you inspiring divas and divos outhere. Blessings, Marta.
