Fun with friends and our love of anything tea

Texans know how to throw a party, specially a tea party. Last year we celebrated our first Easter Tea at the shop. Don't ask me how but we managed to accommodate all the girls. it was a little tight, but that make it cozy.

The ladies went all out, so beautifully dress with their hats and vintage jewelry.

We play a version of bingo called teago, just tea words instead of numbers. We got prizes for all the winners.

Look at my friend Denise, mouth full, sorry friend.

That year we have a back to back teas. The ladies enjoy it so much that we schedule and booked a mothers day tea the same day.

This Belton belle is part of the hostess crew. Her name is Joy and she honors her name.

This is Miss Ann preparing some gifts. We have an egg hunt with party favors. I have never seen grown up women play and laugh like little girls; fun, fun, fun.

Joy about to strangle Miss Ann. Miss Ann does all the cooking and my God, there was so much food.

See what I'm saying about the food.
The girl with the black hat is the biggest enthusiast for tea parties. The pink hat lady is her mom. She was visiting from Brazil.

This two are a mom and daughter.

Precious

Look at her, isn't her beautiful?

I think their sweet smiles tell the story.

The young lady serving tea is Ms. Ann granddaughter.

I will post more tea party pictures after White Wednesday. We already have set the date for this year Easter Tea. It will be@ Marta's Room in Belton TX on the 28th of March @ 1:00 PM. If you happen to be in the area and want to be part of our celebration let us know by calling (254) 681-7752 or e mail me. Believe me it is worth every single penny. Blessings, Marta.
