Big progress

I want to show you some pictures of the progress in the new house. I will call the new kitchen most improved. We installed black granite counter tops and travertine backsplash. I love it so far, tomorrow doors go back on, sealer will be apply to everything. We will install the 50/50 sink with a goose neck faucet. The final details will be taken care of tomorrow. We decided to repaint the same color, it really needed the refresh, I have been painting for 3 days.

Next the bathroom. Remember this? Much improved.

I know, its a toilet, but I wanted to show you the tile work. This guys are really good at what they do.

I replace this ugliness with very simple pedestal sinks. I got the most beautiful piece to go in between the two. I removed the ugly medicine cabinet and dated cabinet. They added the extra tile for an extra 1000.oo. We ended with over 1800 sf of tile. I just love the look.

I can't wait to decorate this house. I love it and God willing we will retire here. Tomorrow more pictures of the finished rooms. What do you think? Blessings, Marta.

Oh Marta your new home is lovely & all of the changes are amazing!!!! Soooooooooooo much difference. Thank you for sharing. I love to see changes like these. Your should add this post to Makeover Monday Blog Events to show everyone your magic!

Thank you for your sweet words of encouragement about these trying times with Hubby's heart problems. They are scary indeed but, the prayers & support of friends means soooooooo much. The sweet doll I bought from you last Christmas is all dressed in a sweet summer dress that used to be one of mine. I like her in this but, nothing tops her in the beautiful outfit she was in when I bought her from you. I think when I put it back on her this year I won't change it again. That's just her outfit. The only change will be the hats/muff. HUGS! Charlene

Things are looking so beautiful! The tile work is amazing, love all the neutral colors you have chosen. My Uncle laid tile for years until he retired and he taught my brother how, so he now lays tile.
Things are moving along, I am sure you can't wait to have it completed and get moved in!

Hey Marta!
It all looks so wonderful! I'm so excited for you, sweet friend. :-)

Yep, I knew that you would recognize a couple of the photos from my new post. I took SO many pics inside your gorgeous shop, and just as soon as I get them all edited, I plan on putting up a post about your shop.

AND I have another special surprise for you, too! I think you'll like it!

Love,
Anne

Hi Marta, I do wish I lived closer. I would love to come by and visit your shop and have a tea party with you and your friends. It looks like so much fun. I hope also that Baby Neithan is doing much much better. I can't wait to see the progress on your new home and shop. It will be wonderful I am sure. I read back to your note about that lady who stiffed you. It is so hard to trust people these days and we all have to be a bit more wary. I know you have a good heart but remember to protect yourself always.
