Tweaking...always.

This is how the living room look this morning. Cute stuff, still lacking something. That big cream wall just stared at me and I didn't like it. What a girl to do? Add junk.
BEFORE

AFTER

You'll know how much I like pillows.
The book, all 395 pages of the most beautiful handwriting collection of poems, thoughts, clippings, photos, etc. I first thought I will use the papers in projects, then I realized what a gem I have found. I will never take it apart nor I will part with it. Thank you Debbie from Collectors Market for letting me have it.

                                                   This dome thingy is HUGE.

The lamp table was in my master room. I like it better in the living room.
I think I will be getting rid of this two chairs. They kind of look like an after thought, not quite right. I'm having two beautiful antique chairs done in cream linen. It is not a sure thing, keeping them that is, is up to how they look there. Thank God having a shop takes care of any decorating mishaps.

I found this gate leg barley twist drop table with 4 chairs in another of the antique malls in town. I decided to sell the chairs and keep the table for extra seating when we have company. I  placed it in the window in the family room. My husband is trowing a cow because I'm filling up the new house with a lot of furniture like I did the other house, what can I say, I love stuff. Is it look too much for you too? I would love your unbiased opinions. At least I'm a controlled hoarder plus you can still walk around and most importantly there is no pooh on my floor. So DH take that! I guess I'm long ways from recovery, they said the first step is to admit you are a hoarder.
Thank to Ms Kathleen @ FadedCharm for hosting and visit the other WW girls, you for sure will find a good time, blessings, Marta.

I say fill er up! I think most men would be happy with a comfortable chair,a TV and a chair next to them to put their drink and snacks on! I love the way the wall turned out. I just bought an old glass free window like your two to put in the booth for Spring. I think your changes look beautiful!

Hi, just found your blog & became a follower. Your room is lovely, and from the pics, it doesn't look the least bit crowded or "overstuffed". It must make you very happy to be surrounded by all that you love. The dome thingy is my fave.

LOL! Love what you did on your wall, Marta! It definitely needed something! As far as filling my house with "stuff"....it's just not for me. Our farmhouse has small rooms, so I have to really pick and choose what I put in them because I don't want to make them feel or look smaller. Your house looks cozy and welcoming! :) Happy WW!

What a wonderful transformation...I love your 'junk'! The windows alone were a huge improvement, space filler and added texture to the room.
