Smitten in Fredericksburg TX

Smitten
Great name, I certainly was. My favorite shop in Fredericksburg. All of us made a purchase there, the merchandise was fabulous and the prices even better. So cute and cozy and one of the owners was there and the costumer service was great. When in the area pay these girls a visit, well worth it.

You gave me a first hand look at Anne's shop and Carol Bolton's that I have heard so much about. They have an awesome place. I would love to live closer just to go for a visit and walk down memory lane. Have a wonderful day. Your Missouri Friend.

Thank you for sharing the wonderful pictures. I have admire the Hicks family for a long time. I remember them from years ago, featured in the Country Home magazine and the Country Style BHG program. I believe it was there mother Rose who started the love of all things white and cream. I like the way you have revamped your blog...looks great! Blessings

O Marta I have to say thank you...you were part of the reasons...I started a blog...and I just got a Newbie award....and it helps with spreading the love...to other bloggers...Your dresser that coverred part of the shelves at MG sold and it was empty..I put a couple of my things. My rocker and moved your coffee table and filled the spot up a little. O my gosh when I took in the trunk and lit chair I put in your 4rth window...went upstairs and fainted...or could have what a disaster...imagine someone took your whole workroom storage and dumped it in your shop that is what it looked like...so ever day this week at MG to get upstairs looking good...I shared yur site with a gal from Waco, you may get a visit or call ...she is a little sweethearts..and in August I think I will take some stuff to her show...home to see you...and did not find a email button on your site....

Marta,

Thanks for sharing the photos of Smitten. I haven't been there yet but, am thinking it's high time I head back to Fredericksburg as it's one of my favorite places. I saw Carol Bolton speak at the Bloggers luncheon at Round Top & have been meaning to get out there yet, summer has slipped away. MAYBE I'll go when it's cooler. Hee Hee! HUGS!

Eye Candy! Love that cabinet with all the cubbies -- I bet I could find a use for that in my studio! *smile* and love the metal door/gate too! I'm a junker/crafter! At the moment, I'm collecting Mary Engelbreit for my kitchen at thrift stores!
